![]() As you work with your Power, you can change how the galaxy is shaped-whether that means taking over systems, assassinating characters from another Power, expanding the galactic frontier, is up to you and the Power. Some Powers may be trade-oriented, gaining influence through resources. Some Powers may be more war-like, so your missions will likely involve attacking nearby systems as a way of taking them over. You pledge allegiance to a Power and contribute towards their goals. Essentially, Powerplay is a high-level faction influence system. ![]() Powerplay is meant to directly address that. ![]() The main complaint lodged against E is that, after you get beyond the initial wow factor and lower-level progress (getting a new ship, doing some missions, getting permits, first time in a conflict zone, etc.), there isn't much to do in terms of the end-game. ![]()
